Greetings to Void Tactical Media allies and supporters,


We’ve always pushed music as the base of community, creating that space to get past petty divisions and share in an expansive mindset that binds us together. We sure do need to get back on that page in this world, and quickly.

In that spirit, we’ve decided to do a giveaway of some back stocks we still have of Metria’s 12” vinyl release Excession (VTCL 004). This release was recorded live way back in 2011, in the dead of winter at our party at North End Studios in Detroit. Completed with awesome jacket artwork by Key, it was screen printed by Angie Coe at Ocelot Print Shop as well as pressed at Archer Records, also both in Detroit.

This record is a little piece of a community we remember from those days - the Eastern Market, the post industrial experience, our amped up energy and the sound of our story in Michigan. In short, if you don’t have one already we’d love you to have this vinyl and share in that.

How to join up?? It’s pretty simple, just send along your address in a response to this message, and we’ll get this shipped over to you at no cost (we do gotta keep it North American only, unless you can front for shipping). We’re offering these first to soundcloud followers, so get back fast while stocks last. The future isn’t going to be easy, but there will be a lot of space for us to be together and connected.
